Electrical engineer Francisco Gonzalez, P.E., LEED, oversees energy projects for AMBRO. He is an expert in the design and the construction of electrical, mechanical, and telecommunication systems. Francisco is skilled in the use of CAD programs (AGI, DAPPER, AutoCAD, Revit) for the design of power distribution system, lighting layouts, Plumbing and Mechanical System Design. Further, he is experienced in the installation of electrical and mechanical systems, including generating estimates, budgets, time line diagrams, procuring permits, and generating required construction documentation.
Along with the AMBRO team, he works closely with clients from the planning stage to the design and construction management of Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing System for both residential and commercial areas.
Projects at a Glance
- Lighting design for N.W. 87th Avenue (2.2 miles); site lighting design for the Comfort Suites Hotel, Santa Barbara Catholic Church and the F.C.I. Training Facility.
- Designed the traffic signal modifications, including coordination with Miami-Dade County’s Traffic Signals and Signs Division of the Public Works Department.
- Engineered the electrical system for the Miami-Dade Department of Solid Waste truck wash facility.
- Designed the electrical system for the Unicor Addition and the new Training Facility Building at the Federal Corrections Institute. Galvanic corrosion in the existing underground storage tanks at the different service stations.
- Conducted assessment of the electrical system for several Miami Dade Water & Sewer existing pump stations.
